We DO NOT farm out the manufacture of our products to another country. All leather and Kydex products are made in our shop. Our leather goods are only made from Herman Oaks Leather, producer of the best premium leather in the USA. We apply our specially formulated preservative to our leather products to give you many years of dependable service. Our plastics are only made from Kydex, which is also made in the USA.
All of our Leather products are warrantied for one year! It includes any breakdown of materials or workmanship. All Kydex products are warrantied for one year. Just contact us and we will issue a RMA. We will ether remake, repair or refund your purchase.

Carefully examine your order when it arrives. Note the quality of our products and try it out. If it does not fully meet your expectations, you have a 90 day return guarantee on any goods and holsters purchased from Locked and Loaded Gun Gear.

You may return items purchased from our store within 90 days, providing the item is returned in "Like New" and "Resalable Condition". Please see our full return policy for more details.
We hope you are thoroughly delighted with each and every item you purchase from our store. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have with our products. Merchandise must be returned within 90 days, in original condition and include a "Returned Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number issued by Locked and Loaded Gun Gear. Please contact sales@LockedAndLoaded.us to receive an RMA number to start the processing. Acceptance of returns is totally conditional upon the condition of goods returned. Items returned must be in "Like New" and " Resalable Condition". Our physical inspection of the returned item will be the sole source used to determine acceptance of returned items.
No returns on custom or specialty orders will be authorized unless craftsmanship or material quality is deemed to be below our normal standards. Items returned must be in "Like New" and "As delivered condition".
Returns for Credit:
If you return an item with-in 90 days you may request that your credit card be credited for the purchase amount of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact sales@LockedAndLoaded.us to receive an RMA number to start the return process. Please be advised that all items returned must be in "Like New" and "Resalable Condition". The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please include your name, address, e-mail address, and order number (if you have it) on a packing list placed inside the shipping container. Shipping via priority mail is usually cheapest and fastest. We will credit your card within 7-10 business days from receiving your return.
